is a semiautomatic machine be manually fed, suitable for the crosswise cut of
half apples and others fruit and vegetables. It finds wise use in the pastry
making industry, thanks to its special characteristics which allows to obtain
ready but fruit, having the same original compact shape with which the fruit was
inserted in the machine. The collection of the processed product by the personnel
that carries out the cake decoration becomes extremely rapid and efficient with
the consequent advantage in term of time recovery and low contamination of the
end product. The cutting thickness is fixed and shall be pre-determined while
purchasing.
