DIP TANK
Treatment tank for processed apples, in order to prevent fruit darkening.
The system is composed by a stainless steel tank in which shall be placed a composed conveyer of plastic material (similar to Intralox) for the transport of processed apples.
The immersion timing into the tank shall be driven by three pads and relative gear-variator.
On the ending part of the plastic conveyer shall be placed a ventilator to make easy the dewatering.
Water restore unit complete with water tank, stainless steel pump and drum filter.
