Stick 50 cutter has been designated at the
exclusive purpose of getting apples sticks for the production of snacks. Once
apples have been peeled and cored, they enter the cutter which performs an automatic
orientation of fruit and aligns them on cutting grid. What makes really unique
the technology adopted on stick 50 is the fact that because apples are oriented. They
are cut over their entire length thus obtaining greater uniformity of the finished
product with minimum waste. Apple stick are ejected and collected by means
of a conveyor which is integrating part of the machine itself.
