May 1-3, 2012 at the  United Fresh the international showcase for the fresh-cut technologies. It will include a variety of business and social events throughout this thriving region. Fresh cut Expo's Innovation Conference gave attendees the unique opportunity to hear about new sales trends in multiple channels, third party safety auditing, etc...
