MAGIC CUPPER is an automatic scooper
that operated the peeling of melons and pineapples of different varieties and
dimensions and free them from the internal seeds.
The unit, very simple
in its conception, is composed by two lines of fruit loading and works at a speed
of 30 fruits per minute. Additional advantage is the fact it permit to process
either 30 melons or either 30 pineapples as well as 15 melons and 15 pineapples,
since the peeling heads operate in an independent way determining greater production
flexibility.
The structure includes two pliers to keep hold fruit during
transfer to peeling unit, two peeling and coring heads, one convoyer to collect
processed product and waste and one control board.
Feeding to the machine is performed by one operator who deposits
melons or pineapples into the cups of transport, which advance
further to the pliers. The pliers withdraw the fruits to bring
them to the peeling units, preserving fruit alignment and
correct positioning to ensure perfect execution of peeling
and coring.
Held back by the pliers, the fruit is cut at first into half
and then scooped and cleaned from seeds.
Melons and pineapple perfectly cleaned are discharged on the
belt underneath that collects end product and waste.
