With the new series Enucleo III
there is now a new reference point on the market in the peach pitter range, that
thanks to the most advanced technology and to a huge series of innovations, it
ensures ease of adjustments, greater productivity and the resolution of the problem
of the splits pit, avoiding therefore expensive reparations.
The ABL pitter
operates through torsion system. Fruits are automatically loaded through a
cradle system: the efficiency of the feeding and the good fruit orientation guarantees
a productivity equal to 67 peaches for minute. The same orientation happens entirely
in automatic way, and it is just to the aim of increasing even more the percentage
of oriented peaches that ABL has drawn a new cup. A particular device in fact
it allows to regulate with great precision the height of the cup that holds the
fruit towards the eccentric wheel to advantage of a better orientation and therefore
to the increase of the yield.
After the orientation two levers withdraw
the peach and place them among the halving blades that cuts in vertical sense
up to reach the pit that is firmly held among the blades. Two mechanic-pneumatic
hands then, with a safe but delicate hold grasp the peach and rotate in opposite
directions the two hemispheres of the peach causing its halving.
The Split Pit
When the two blades are closed completely, it means that the
peach pit is sick or broken. In this case the split pit is
activated: by means of an electronic application the standard
pitting through torsion proceeds is bypassed and the peach
is cleaned of the pit through a knife.
Mechanic-pneumatic hands that rotate of over 400° to
allow the split pit a greater functionality.
