For lower capacity other than the standard
pepper corer DD160, ABL has recently devised a special processing unit suitable
to process up to 36 pieces per minute. Basically it's a rotating system, featuring
an automatic feeding to ensure correct pepper positioning in the clamping hands,
with a stem upwards. The operating principle is very simple: after feeding pepper
are cored then cleaned of the seeds and cut into one or into two stripes. Upon
request pepper may also be left whole for filling.
