Entirely made stainless steel, aluminium
and other non oxidizing components, DD160 is ABL proposal for pepper processing.
The manual feeding, performed by 4 people, allow a production capacity of 160
peppers per minute. Then fully adjustable transport cut enables high production
flexibility by granting the possibility to process at the same time different
size of peppers.
The working cycle is extremely easy and can be reassumed
as follows, feeding and positioning of the peppers, removal of the core, cutting
into half, discharging of the peppers and separate ejection of cores.
DD160
has limited power consumption and does not require the use of air.
